La Cavea takes its name from the amphitheatre-inspired hills around Vicenza in the Veneto, where Cantina Colli Vicentini crafts approachable, food-friendly wines, continuing a winemaking tradition that dates back to vines planted in the Napoleonic era.

This 2023 blend brings together Merlot and Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grown in the hills of Vicenza, released as IGT Veneto.

Ripe plum and soft red cherry fruit from the Merlot meet the lighter, more delicate red-fruit finesse of Pinot Nero, giving a smooth, rounded wine with gentle tannins and a fresh finish.
