Le Prieuré de Saint-Céols is a family estate in the heart of Menetou-Salon, in the Upper Loire Valley, farming limestone-rich soils that give the appellation's Sauvignon Blanc its distinctive purity and minerality.

The 2020 vintage is crafted with precision from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, aged on fine lees in stainless steel to build texture while preserving freshness.

The nose opens with bright citrus aromas of lemon zest and grapefruit, layered with green apple, white peach and a gentle herbal lift. On the palate, the wine is crisp and vibrant, delivering clean, refreshing acidity alongside flavours of lime, gooseberry and a delicate flinty minerality that reflects the region's limestone soils. Pairs beautifully with seafood, goat's cheese, fresh salads or light poultry dishes.
