Fermented with indigenous yeasts from the vineyard, this light/medium body red brings unique lavender and dried flower aromas along with a big hit of red cherry and cranberry. It has a silky smooth texture—achieved thanks to cool maceration temperatures and 10 months in used French oak—and finishes with a lovely fresh flourish.

The grapes are sourced from the parcel of vines next to those that go into our Outer City Limits wine, all located in North Worcestershire and made of the same Pinot Noir (Précoce) grape.

As is our standard, this wine was bottled on-site unfined and unfiltered. Raw and ready to enjoy.
