Muscaris Orange  — OCL25

Welcome to Outer City Limits, the 2025 vintage releases celebrating exceptional local fruit crafted into super-fresh, steel-aged styles. The curated trio—featuring a red, a rosé, and this standout orange—comes from what is already being hailed as perhaps the greatest English wine vintage of all time. As the orange expression of the series, this bottle is a definitive showcase of just how vibrant, complex, and stunningly aromatic the style can be.

Made from 100% Muscaris grapes sourced from a single vineyard in north Herefordshire, the fruit underwent four weeks of cool carbonic maceration to lock in its bright profile and maximize its intense aromatic potential. Following five months of aging in steel vats, it was bottled on the premises completely unfiltered and unfined to preserve its raw energy and purity.

Lively, characterful, and intensely aromatic. This wine leaps out of the glass with vibrant notes of juicy peach and zingy ginger, beautifully balanced by a sophisticated, structured finish of Earl Grey tea. It’s fresh, clean, and incredibly expressive.
