Carbonic Pinot Noir (early) — OCL25 is a remarkable representation of fine winemaking. With a limited run of just under 1,700 bottles, it’s a rare delight for wine enthusiasts.

The 2025 growing season was exceptional, yielding a beautiful boost in intensity and depth, while maintaining the wine’s signature ultra-light character. This release underwent carbonic maceration for three weeks at a cool, controlled temperature inside the viaduct arch, before being aged for five months in stainless steel vats. To preserve its natural character and purity, the wine was bottled on-site, unfined and unfiltered.
