Carbonic Pinot Noir (early) — OCL25
Using grapes from a single vineyard in North Worcestershire, this is the second vintage of one of our most recognisable wines. It is a limited run of just under 1,700 bottles.
The hot growing season of 2025 yielded a beautiful boost in intensity and depth, while perfectly preserving the wine’s signature ultra-light character. The result is a vibrant, bone-dry red bursting with poppy notes of wild strawberry and raspberry, balanced by a deeper herbal and earthy edge.
For this release, the 100% Pinot Noir (early clone) underwent carbonic maceration for three weeks at a cool, constant temperature inside our viaduct arch, before being aged for five months in stainless steel vats. To preserve its natural character, the wine was bottled on-site, unfined and unfiltered.
Serving Suggestion: Best served chilled to lightly chilled.
