Roc de L'Abbaye is crafted by Florian Mollet, whose family has been making wine in Saint-Satur, on the edge of the Sancerre appellation, since the 11th century. This cuvée is a definitive showcase of the region's "silex" (flint) soils.

The 2023 vintage is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made with a contemporary focus on precision and aromatic purity.

Gooseberry, citrus blossom and elderflower are anchored by a distinct smoky minerality. The palate is crisp and vertical, balancing ripe orchard fruit with a sharp, saline finish typical of the Loire's flint terrain.
