About this bottle

The English Whisky Co. distils at St George’s Distillery in Norfolk, England’s first licensed whisky distillery in over a century. The English Rum Cask Matured is a very special whisky made from a unique process at the distillery. This single malt matures for many years in casks that previously held rum, which had itself been maturing at the distillery for over a decade before giving up its cask for the whisky to sleep in. The result is a wonderfully creamy Small Batch malt that is a perennial favourite with the distillery team, with its aroma and taste evoking rum-and-raisin ice cream.

Each batch is unique, and once it's gone, it's gone!
