Matured for four decades in hand-selected sherry-seasoned oak casks, the spirit has drawn deep colour and complexity from the wood: expect layers of rich dried fruit, dark chocolate, antique oak, warm spice and a lift of citrus. Bottled at 44.2% ABV.
