This UK Exclusive single cask was matured entirely in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask — a style not found elsewhere in Tomatin's core range — showcasing the tropical, fruity heart of the distillery's spirit. Bottled at cask strength and limited to just 240 bottles, each comes with a Tomatin-branded Glencairn glass.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Crunchy green apple and lemon zest, developing Victoria sponge, buttercream, white chocolate and floral aromas.

Palate: Tropical fruit with malty, oak-driven brown sugar and light spice.

Finish: Long and warming.
