Trois Rivieres Blanc Rum

Trois Rivières is a historic rhum agricole estate on Martinique, producing under the island's AOC Martinique appellation — one of the few rum-producing regions in the world with protected designation of origin status.

Blanc is distilled from freshly pressed sugar cane juice (rather than molasses) and bottled unaged, capturing the terroir-driven character typical of agricole rhum. Bottled at 50% ABV.

Expect grassy, vegetal aromas with hints of lime and a clean mineral edge, a fresh, slightly peppery palate, and a dry finish. The classic base for a Martinique Ti' Punch.
