Vivir is a boutique tequila house producing 100% agave tequila from estate-grown agave in the Jalisco Highlands of Mexico, using traditional hornos (stone ovens) to slow-cook the piñas.

This Blanco is made from 9-year-old estate-grown Highland Weber Blue Agave, unaged and bottled shortly after distillation for a smooth, clean, floral spirit.

Tasting notes: fresh agave aromas on the nose carry through to the palate, easy-drinking and well-balanced, with a clean finish that pairs particularly well with citrus tonics and soda.
