Drawn from more than 100 carefully selected barrels across different production dates and warehouse locations, the Batch Proof release highlights the influence of Woodford’s heat-cycled warehouses. Barrels matured on the upper floors develop a naturally higher proof and a deeper concentration of flavour, resulting in a powerful yet beautifully balanced bourbon.
