Maker's Mark 2025 Cellar Aged Release

Following the instant sell-out success of last year’s launch, Maker’s Mark returns with the next chapter in its Cellar Aged journey. This limited-edition release once again pushes the boundaries of bourbon-making while staying true to the smooth, approachable style that has defined Maker’s Mark for generations.

The 2025 release is a meticulously composed blend of 74% eleven-year-old, 10% thirteen-year-old and 16% fourteen-year-old bourbon, resulting in a profile that is fruitier, deeper and darker than anything Maker’s has released before — an older bourbon that is unmistakably Maker’s Mark, distilled at the historic Star Hill Farm distillery in Loretto, Kentucky using the brand’s signature wheated mash bill.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich dark brown sugar, caramelised oak and baked apple.
Palate: Creamy fudge, toasted almond and ripe dark cherry, with lingering butterscotch, orange zest and soft baking spices.
Finish: Long, smooth and vibrant throughout.
