Pol Roger is one of the last great family-run Champagne houses in Épernay, renowned for elegance and consistency, and famously the favourite house of Winston Churchill.

Launched in 2001, Cuvée Demi-Sec is a blend in equal parts of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus, with around 25% reserve wines. Sitting midway between sec and demi-sec, it is built around a fine balance of natural acidity and sweetness.

On the palate it shows ripe orchard fruit and a gentle, harmonious sweetness that make it a natural partner for desserts, without ever feeling cloying.
