Taittinger is one of the last great Champagne houses still run by a founding family, and the Brut Réserve is the definitive expression of its house style: a higher-than-usual proportion of Chardonnay lending elegance and finesse over power. Fine aromas of fresh peach, white flowers and vanilla lead into a lively, harmonious palate of crisp citrus and honeyed brioche, carried by a soft, persistent mousse.
