Hand-selected from the founding family’s private cellar, this exceptional whisky honours the distillery’s legacy and the pioneering spirit that defined its early years. Its character recalls the much-loved Chapter 7 rum cask release, still regarded as a timeless favourite by the founders.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Lush fruits, caramel and vanilla, lifted by a subtle spice.
Palate: Full-bodied with warming cinnamon and clove, smooth vanilla, raisins, tropical boiled sweets and a whisper of oak smoke. Over time, the spice mellows into indulgent chocolate.
Finish: Medium to long, lingering with tropical fruit sweetness and oaky depth.
