Togouchi is a Japanese whisky brand from Chugoku Jozo, distilled at the Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima Prefecture and matured in a disused railway tunnel near the town of Togouchi. The tunnel's naturally cool, humid, and consistent climate gives Togouchi's whisky a distinct character shaped by its unusual ageing environment.

This Single Malt expression balances elegance and complexity, offering delicate orchard fruit, honey and soft oak on the nose, developing into vanilla, malted cereal, gentle spice and a touch of smoke on the palate.
