Pallini Limoncello

Pallini is a family-owned distillery in Rome, Italy, producing artisan liqueurs since 1875 and best known for popularising limoncello outside Italy.

Pallini Limoncello is made using Sfusato Amalfitano lemons grown on the Amalfi Coast, hand-peeled within 24 hours of picking and infused in pure alcohol to extract their natural oils, with no artificial colours or flavourings. Bottled at 26% ABV in a 50cl bottle.

Expect bright lemon zest on the nose, a vibrant, tangy sweetness on the palate, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Best served ice cold as a digestif, or in a Limoncello Spritz.
