The Macallan Classic Cut is a limited annual expression bottled at cask strength to showcase the distillery's craftsmanship at full intensity. The 2023 Edition combines sherry-seasoned European oak with ex-bourbon American oak and is bottled at 50.3% ABV.

Nose: Ripe pear, lemon zest and elderflower, wrapped in creamy vanilla and subtle oak.
Palate: Bright pear and citrus at full strength, softening into almond biscotti and toasted nuts with a splash of water.
Finish: Warming oak, vanilla and a delicate almond edge.
