The 2024 cuvée is crafted entirely from Chardonnay, with grapes hand-harvested in whole bunches from carefully selected old-vine parcels. The wine undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged on fine lees in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. This aging process builds richness and texture while preserving the minerality characteristic of the terroir.

Visually, the wine presents a luminous golden-straw color. This wine is sold as a case of 6 bottles.
