Bacardí Carta Blanca White Rum

Bacardi was founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862 by Facundo Bacardí Massó, who pioneered charcoal filtration to create the world's first light-bodied, mixable white rum. Following the Cuban Revolution, production moved outside Cuba, and today the majority of Bacardi rum is produced at the company's distillery in Puerto Rico - the largest rum distillery in the world.

Carta Blanca is a molasses-based white rum, charcoal filtered for a smooth, well-balanced profile. It provided the base for classic cocktails including the Mojito and the Daiquiri.

Tasting notes: light and crisp, with clean sugarcane sweetness, a smooth mid-palate and a soft, mixable finish.
