Old Monk The Legend Rum 1 Litre

Old Monk is produced by Mohan Meakin, one of India's oldest distilleries, founded in the 19th century and now based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The brand is instantly recognisable for its monk's-head bottle, a tribute to founder H.G. Meakin.

The Legend is a premium, extended-maturation expression from the Old Monk range, blended and matured in oak casks in the house's rich, molasses-driven style. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 1 litre bottle.

Expect caramel, vanilla, butterscotch and clove on the nose, a palate layered with dried fruit and oriental spice, and a long, smooth, aromatic finish.
