Trois Rivières Doublewood Ambre Rum

Trois Rivières is a historic rhum agricole estate on Martinique, producing under the island's AOC Martinique appellation, one of the few rum-producing regions with protected designation of origin status.

Double Wood is distilled from freshly pressed sugar cane juice and matures first in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, then finishes in French oak casks — a double maturation that layers spice and richness onto the fresh agricole base. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Expect vanilla, toasted coconut and dried fruit on the nose, a round palate of caramel, spiced banana and citrus zest, and a soft, lingering finish with gentle tannins.
