Bisquit & Dubouché is a historic Cognac house founded in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquit in the Cognac region of France, later joined by son-in-law Paul Dubouché. The house is known for its "long-cut" distillation method, which captures a wider, more aromatic heart of the spirit.
This VSOP expression is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged a minimum of four years in French oak, bottled at 40% ABV. The extended distillation cut gives the blend exceptional richness and suppleness.
Nose: dried apricot, wildflower honey, cinnamon and clove. Palate: ripe pear, citrus and a hint of tropical mango. Finish: long and warming, with balanced oak influence and a vibrant, floral character.
