Highland Park distils on the Orkney island of Kirkwall, the northernmost distillery in Scotland, where wind-scoured heather peat and slow, cold maturation combine to produce the house's signature "sweet-smoky" style. Balanced honeyed sweetness, gentle aromatic peat and rich sherried oak have made Highland Park one of the most consistently decorated distilleries in Scotch whisky.

Between You and I is a landmark 16 Year Old collaboration between Highland Park and three-Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén, matured in a historic first for the distillery: virgin Swedish oak casks, balanced alongside ex-bourbon casks and sherry-seasoned American and European oak. Bottled at 48% ABV with natural colour and no chill-filtration, it arrives in an organic, spray-paint style box designed by Frantzén himself. Rather than fixed tasting notes, each bottle is designed to spark personal association and conversation.

The rare Swedish oak lends a dense, complex layer of nutty spice, woody tannin and warm, honeyed vanilla, layered with orchard fruit and a delicate floral lift, all set against Highland Park's signature heather-rich peat smoke, toasted oak and dried fruit through to a richly spiced finish.
