The 2022 Marlborough Pinot Noir followed a wet growing season — a stark contrast to the dry 2021 vintage — with heavy rain from ex-tropical cyclone Dovi in February. Cooler temperatures and southerly breezes limited disease pressure, allowing the grapes to ripen successfully into a harvest of excellent quality.

Deliciously fragrant, the wine is packed with blackberries and kola nut, intermingled with rose petal and woodsmoke.
