This rosado opens with bright aromas of redcurrant, wild strawberry, and subtle hints of rose petal. On the palate, it is smooth and juicy, with notes of ripe cherry, watermelon, and a whisper of citrus zest. A clean, mineral finish and crisp acidity make it especially refreshing. The texture is rounded yet precise, with just enough weight to pair well with food without losing its light, drinkable character.
Vineyard & Winemaking:
The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards at 500 metres above sea level, where warm days and cool nights help preserve natural freshness and aromatic complexity. Grown on sandy limestone soils, the Monastrell grapes are carefully harvested and vinified in stainless steel to retain purity and fruit-forward charm. A short maceration lends the wine its delicate pale pink hue.
