Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt

Unpeated and made from organic Scottish barley, whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour, the whisky benefits from gentle fermentation and distillation that accentuate its delicate, fruity character. It is matured in specially treated red wine and bourbon barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop its signature body and sweetness.
