El Coto is one of Rioja's largest estates, with vineyards concentrated in Rioja Alta. Coto de Imaz is the house's premium tier, made from a selection of the estate's best Tempranillo fruit.

This Crianza is 100% Tempranillo from the 2021 vintage, aged in oak and bottle in line with Crianza ageing requirements before release.

Intense cherry in colour with a slight garnet edge, the nose is powerful and complex with notes of ripe fruit and fine cocoa. The palate is fleshy and velvety, with ripe tannins and good acidity.
