2023 Saint Sidoine Côtes de Provence Rosé

Cellier Saint Sidoine is a co-operative winery located in Puget-Ville, Provence, originally founded in the early 1920s and renamed in 1987. Its vineyards date back to the 11th century and surround the local Sidoine tower.

The 2023 vintage is crafted from traditional Provençal varieties — Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan — producing a classic pale pink rosé.

Delicate aromas of small red fruits and citrus lead into a fresh, dry palate of soft strawberry fruit and a hint of honeysuckle, finishing with a clean, refreshing note. Pairs well with Mediterranean dishes, Asian cuisine, or as an aperitif.
