Tasting Notes
Bright golden in colour, the nose is expressive with aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, citrus blossom and tropical fruits layered alongside subtle vanilla, toasted hazelnut and delicate buttery notes from carefully integrated oak ageing.
The palate is rich and creamy with flavours of white peach, baked apple, lemon curd and fresh pineapple, supported by crisp acidity and elegant mineral freshness. The finish is long, smooth and beautifully balanced with lingering notes of vanilla and toasted almonds.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza before undergoing careful fermentation. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, adding texture and complexity without overpowering the vibrant fruit character.
