Hailing from the sun-drenched "heel" of Italy’s boot, the 2023 'I Muri' Bianco is a vibrant celebration of Puglian viticulture. The name 'I Muri' refers to the iconic dry stone walls that border the vineyards of Salento, built from the very limestone that gives this wine its hidden backbone. This blend is meticulously crafted by winemaker Filippo Baccalaro to capture the "Golden Hour" of a Mediterranean summer—warm, bright, and effortlessly elegant.



The Experience: On the nose, it is an explosion of white-fleshed fruits—think sun-ripened peaches and pears—intermingled with delicate notes of orange blossom and a hint of wild honey. The palate is a masterclass in balance: it leads with a fleshy, succulent texture from the Chardonnay, which is immediately lifted by the zesty, citrus-driven acidity of the Malvasia and Bombino grapes.


The Finish: Crisp and remarkably clean, leaving a lingering trail of green apple and a faint, salty breeze typical of coastal Italian whites.
